The undersigned organizations condemned the massacres committed by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) against the defenseless Palestinian people .These massacres are considered a crime against humanity and a flagrant violation to the international human law and the Fourth Geneva Convention - 1949 ,signed by the Israeli government, and the international covenants concerned with human rights.

At the end of a training workshop entitled ” Bloggers and Human Rights ” which was held by “Egyptian Organization For Human Rights ( EOHR) and the German Freidrich Naumann Foundation at Paramiza Hotel on 2nd and 3rd of December 2008 , human rights activists , a number of bloggers , parties youth , journalists ,NGOs and universities students called for the establishment of observatory for bloggers to monitor the news of bloggers who are detained or prevented to write their blogs .
