In the fourth report for EOHR, Preventing observers from entering poll stations

  EOHR’s Observers monitored several violations in the electoral process, including the weak of  voters turnout as the rate reached  about 5%, and the prevention of observers and candidates’ deputies  from entering poll stations, as well as collective voting, election bribery, most of these violations are as follows:

 

 

Poor turnout (Dakahliya, Cairo, Damietta, Alexandria):

 
– Observers monitored low turnout in poll stations No. . 497: 499 School of the Republic, and 526, 527 School Manshiet Abdul Bana – Aga Dakahliya, and the same scene repeated in  Al Sadeek and Khaled Al Tawakhy and taha Hussein  schools and
Sandoub Secondary school and Sidi Yassin school.

  
– Observers monitored  the low turnout at the school of Omar Makram, Mohamed Karim –Al Zayton , Cairo on the ballot boxes.

 
– Observers monitored  the low turnout at Al Hawarny Primary School, Shahid Lotfi Azam Azzazemh second constituency – Faraskur- Damietta Governorate.


– Observers monitored  the low turnout at
school of Abdel Razek Abdel Meguid Montazah- Alexandria.

 

Preventing candidates’ deputies from entering poll stations:  (Alexandria, Menya, Qena, Luxor, Giza):

 

– Observers monitored the prevention of candidates’ deputies from entering the poll stations No. 343-356 at Fouad Mohiuddin first constituency in the Alexandria governorate .

 
– Observers monitored the prevention of candidates’ deputies from entering the poll stations at Dir Mawas  military secondary school ,the Fourth constituency at in Menya Governorate.

 

 Observers monitored the prevention of candidates’ deputies from entering the poll stations
at Al Sadat school – Deshna , Qena.

 
– Observers monitored the prevention of candidates’ deputies from entering the poll stations at Al  Giza .

 
Prevent observers from entering poll stations (
Giza, Damietta, Dakahlia):

 

– Observer  of EOHR was  prevented from entering all the poll stations  of the first constitutions  in Giza Governorate, while dismissing her from poll station No.  9 of Saqiat Mekie.

 
– Preventing EOHR’s observers  from entering Al Shiekh Al Khodary and the
school of Al Azhar  Institute – the constituency – Damietta.


– Preventing observers  from entering the poll stations at Al Mansora educational department – Mansoura police station.

 
Election briberies  (
Alexandria, Helwan, Giza):

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored giving 50 pound as a bribe per each voters in the poll station 343-356 of Fouad Muhy Elddin school- the first constituency- Alexandria governorate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored in the poll station of Helwan El Bald school- the first constituency –Helwan governorate, giving the voters bags of sandwiches ,cups and blankets inside the poll stations.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored giving meals for voters from the national democratic candidate in the poll station of Gizerat El Dahab secondary school for female- first constituency- El Giza governorate.

 

Pre-marked balloting cards(Alexandria, Helwan,El Minya, Kafr El Sheikh, El Fayoum, El Monofia):

The observers of EOHR monitored  that Ali Ayyad , liberal party candidate has submitted a report to High Commission for elections stating an elections rigging  with 14902 votes in the poll station of Fouad Mohy Elddin school – the first constituency- Alexandria governorate which includes the poll stations No.343-356.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored a collective pre-marked balloting cards in the poll station No.241:259 in Helwan primary school , as one of the voters was going to cast his vote but he found that his name was already used .

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored pre-marked balloting cards in the poll stations No.492-493-499 in Der Mosa- the forth constituency- El Minya governorate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the collective pre-marked balloting cards by the head of the poll station of  the Romanian primary school- Motobos- the first constituency- Kafr El Shiekh , the same thing happened again in the third constituency in the favor of the national democratic candidate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored pre-maked balloting cards in the poll station No.510 of El Shoshan primary school- the second constituency in the Sonoras police station in favor of the national democratic candidate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored pre- marked the balloting cards in the poll station of El Barania school- Ashmoun center- the firth constituency- El Monofia governorate.

 

The collective voting(Alexandria, Kafr El Sheikh, Beni Sief, Giza);

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the transfer of voters by buses No.316,317  of the Alexandrian company for constructions in the poll station of Fouad Muhy Elddin school – the first constituency- Alexandria governorate to Apis school in order to vote in favor of the national democratic candidate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the transfer of collective voters by car No.150997 Kafr El Sheikh in the poll station of the Romanian primary school-  Motobos and fuah center- the first constituency- Kafr El Sheikh governorate in order to vote in the favor of the national democratic candidate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the transfer of the voters by cars No.100204 Giza, No.694 Qaliobia, No.735 Beni Sief ,No.150876 Cairo, No.2204 El Fayoum and No. 619 Beni Seif  to the poll station in order to vote in favor of the national democratic candidate in the first constituency-Helwan governorate.

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the transportation of a group of voters by a car No.108155 Giza to cast their votes in the elections.

 

Preventing the voters from casting their votes(El Dakahlia):

 

The observers of EOHR, monitored the prevention of 15 voter from casting their votes under the pretense that voters’ IDs  are not exist  in the poll station of Gamal Abd El Nasser military secondary school – Bander El Mansora constituency – El Dakahlia governorate.
