The Egyptian Organization for Human Rights condemned the attack, which occurred on the Egyptian journalists in the United States during the visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to the United States for participating in the meetings of the seventieth session of the General Assembly of the United Nations at the level of leaders. EOHR calls the President for the amnesty of the demonstration’s prisoners

The Egyptian Organization for Human Rights asking the President of the Republic and the government for the release of all peaceful demonstrators sentenced under the demonstration law and who have not committed any violent crimes against citizens, and to reconsider the law to be compatible with international conventions on human rights and the Egyptian constitution. The Administrative Court issued two judicial judgments which may require the issuance of decisions from the High Elections Committee to repeat the medical examination for candidates who had previously presented their papers in February to run for the House of Representatives, as well as the issuance of decisions from the President of the Republic to amend the mistakes in Qeft area in Qena governorate, as well as the Seventh constituency in Cairo Governorate.
