            The Fourth Report

    EOHR supervisors witnessed low turnouts of voters (as low as 4%) during the first day of the first round of parliamentary elections 2015. Additionally, EOHR supervisors also reported delays in opening polling stations leading to the conjoining of subcommittees under the supervision of very few judges/chairmen. The Arab Federation for Human Rights has organized a seminar entitled Human rights and terrorism in the Arab world in cooperation with the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights, the Ecumenical Organization for Human Rights and Development, the step Association for human rights and the Gulf network for Human Rights, and it was on the sidelines of the Human Rights Council session number 30 in Geneva on Wednesday, September 30th, 2015 at the headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva.
